Dear All,
As part of our social and community development, we partnered with FOCP(Friends of Cassiobury Park) and cleaned Cassiobury park on 19-Oct-2019. Thanks to our volunteers Kannan, Ganesh and Nanda.
We assembled at around 10:00 at Cassiobury park Hub. Then we split into 2 teams for Litter picking and Natural reserve cleaning.
- The litters were picked on the whole park.
- A channel of River Gade at the north of park was selected for natural reserve cleaning. FCOP volunteers, GLTS volunteers and Wild life trust volunteers cleaned the natural reserve.
Soon after the activity, the water flow & butterflies visuals were so satisfying. These small moments keeps GLTS and its members going.
Looking forward for more volunteers for further monthly session.
